Fish house fistral beach
A new restaurant for Newquay on Fistral beach, Paul the owner/chef who previously worked alongside rick stein for 14 years has now brought his culinary skills to our doorstep, have to say the food is absolutely excellent as was the atmosphere, service & prices, only 11 tables so definitely pre book this one, I think the fish house could be 1 of the best restaurants in Newquay
Stavros Greek Taverna
Excellent Greek Restaurant, the food, the wine, even the waiters, this place as a real feel of Greece, Stavros the owner is usually on service along with his flat cap and snazzy waistcoats, very small and cosy with a lovely atmosphere, The restaurant is on the main street in the centre of newquay. 01637 876391

Smugglers den Cubert
This pub is a real treat for every-one, you have to drive to this pub but well worth the effort, A picturesque 16th century Cornish pub with thatched roof, very quaint and cosy tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Newquay and burrowed deep down a country lane in the hamlet of Terbelllan, a traditional bar with roaring log fire and an excellent selection of local ales and wines , a restaurant serving excellent traditional food with a lovely atmosphere, they also do a wonderful Sunday lunch. 01637 830209
Earl of St Vincent
I just had to share this wonderful little find in the tiny hamlet of Egloshayle near Wadebridge, The prettiest pub I have ever been in, Some-one really loves this place to put so much effort into this wonderful little place, Open log fire, beamed low ceilings rocking chairs, armchairs and all the separate little snugs and not to mention the clocks, luckily they all are set to charm separately, This very traditional Cornish pub also has the traditional opening times so closes at 2pm and re-opens at 6pm, serves really excellent food, you have to visit to appreciate why I love this place so much. 01208 814807

On the beach at watergate bay, Lovely large restaurant where every table has wonderful views of the ocean, Excellent food and service, Also does a 3 course for £28 through the winter months which is a real treat, would definitely need to book in advance, stunning views with excellent food.
Rick stein’s seafood
Rick Stein has a few different restaurants in padstow , The seafood Restaurants & The Bistro as well as his fish and chip takeaway on the quay, which i have to say are excellent, they taste even better sat on the benches around the harbour in the sunshine.
